At Patchwork there are no titles, no hierarchy, no them and us. We all work together as a team towards excellence in both service and product.

Everybody can be heard and can put forward any ideas they may have. The company is split into six teams; ASAP, Account on Us, Cool Stuff, In and Out, Hot Stuff and Right Stuff.

The teams each have their own identities and the company as a whole, when we all meet together, are called The Full Monty.

Within the teams the tasks of office, such as team leader, recorder, communications, safety and quality officer, rotate on a quarterly basis so that everyone gets a turn at the official responsibilities.

Every morning each team gets together for about ten minutes to discuss the day ahead. This is called a huddle meeting.

They are very informal and just allow everyone to say what they are doing today and whether they would like any help or could offer help to others or perhaps that they are going to be very busy but don't need any help and just don't want to be disturbed.
